Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated via current external links provided by Australia Post
  • Costs are based on distance, package weight and size auto-estimates
  • You can check your shipping costs at any time while placing your order by clicking on “view my cart”

Delivery Options
  • We send most goods via Australia Post
  • You can also have your goods delivered via Couriers Please (Brisbane area only, between Caboolture [North] & Yatala [South])
  • If you have any special or unusual freight preferences, please contact us.
  • Please note that we cannot instruct carriers to "leave with neighbour" etc
  • We will email you confirmation once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately we are unable, at this stage, to track items through Australia Post once they have been shipped from our warehouse. If you have any concerns regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
Australian Sales Only
  • At this stage we only sell and ship Products within Australia.
 
GST
  • All purchases include GST unless otherwise stated on a product listing.
 
Special arrangements for urgent deliveries and fixed deadlines
  • We will ship your order within 1-4 days, taking into account processing through administration, warehouse, dispatch.
  • If urgent delivery is needed, contact us in advance to check best possible turnaround/ETA.

Stock availability
  • All items are generally in stock, however on rare occasions an item may sell-out unexpectedly.
  • If any item cannot be shipped promptly, we will contact you, and if you wish a substitution or refund can be arranged to avoid delay.

To pay via bank deposit over the internet, or deposit into our account at your local branch, details as follows:

We can accept only Australian cheques. Orders paid by cheque are not available for shipping until funds are cleared.

Information entered via our website will not be used for any other purpose. Customer details will not be sold, loaned or otherwise distributed to any third parties under any circumstances whatsoever.

Return Policy

No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

We will only accept returns on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.  
 

Terms & Conditions

You must agree to the following terms and conditions before completing your order.
  1. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST, where applicable. Any GST-free goods have been marked as such for your reference.
  2. All descriptions and pricing are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  3. Due to limitations of actual viewing conditions, photographic techniques and picture availability, images may not be an exact representation of products.
  4. Any accessories displayed are not included in the advertised price unless otherwise stated.
  5. You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your order is accurate, complete and up to date, as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
  6. Some products may not be available at all times, and delivery of items may be delayed if goods are not available. We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your goods is late or if stock is not available in time for scheduled delivery.
  7. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the goods after delivery.
  8. We will try to assist you if you wish to return goods unused, but we may require you to pay for any costs we may incur as a result. Some goods are not returnable once they have been opened. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  9. Group fittings on site can be arranged by negotiation in the Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Gold Coast areas only, and require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
  10. These terms may not be varied without prior written consent. We may vary these terms at anytime without notice.
