Blueprint Inc offer a range of training and assessment options to suit both individuals and companies. Please note that some options involve employer involvement and contributions to training. This must be confirmed and negotiated prior to booking. Contact Blueprint Inc staff for more information on the option that best suits your needs. Courses are held at our Underwood Training Centre or on site by negotiation.

In general to obtain a forklift license a student must complete formal training and achieve an operational standard of skills based on practical experience (which can be undertaken at a workplace or a simulated work environment) prior to undertaking a forklift assessment. This can be made up of a number of training options listed below:

  1. Blueprint 3 day Full delivery. This course is suitable for those who are unable to secure practical experience in a workplace. The course involves 3 days of training and practical experience in our warehouse Training Centre. Our warehouse environment has been set up with a range of workplace tasks to simulate a real work environment. Once these tasks and Theory Manual activities have been successfully completed students will be assessed on the final day.

  2. Employer Partnership. This option is suitable for those participants who have previous experience (or an overseas license) and whose employer is able to provide contributory training. This course includes 1 day formal training and a negotiated training plan. Students will also be required to undertake study through their Theory Manuals and obtain practical experience recorded in the personalised Training Record (Log) book. Once this is achieved an assessment date is arranged.
Training is usually held at Blueprint Inc’s training centre at Underwood. On site training can be arranged for group bookings (4 or more employees). Group discount may apply for bookings of more than 4 participants.
